New York Vacation

September 4th, 2004

I slept in on Saturday and then Josh and I nerded out with our laptops.  Sara and I went back up on the roof and checked out the sky line in daylight.  We all got ready and went for a walk.  It turns out that they only live a couple blocks from the Ghostbuster building and Central Park.  We took a walk in the park and I totally forgot that we were in the middle of the city it was so peaceful.  We wandered around for a while and then headed down 5th Ave and checked out all the places that I will never be able to shop at.  During this time we stopped at St. Patrick's church and Rockefeller Center.  Next was a stop at Gray's Papaya to get some hot dogs.  I had heard the name before but you really don't get how good they are until you actually try them.  Those were some of the best dogs that I have ever eaten.  We kicked back, waited for it to get dark, and headed out to Times Square and dinner.  Josh & Nicole brought us to John's Pizza and it was outstanding.  We walked down to Radio City Music Hall and then called it a night.
