New York Vacation

We left LAX at 8:00 am and arrived at JFK International Airport at about 4:15 pm.  The flight actually went by pretty quickly.  We hopped into a cab and made the 45 minute drive to Josh & Nicole's Manhattan apartment.  That was my first ever $55 cab ride.  They met us at the door and brought us up to their spacious 500 ft apartment.  It is a good thing that we used to be room mates.  We took the subway for the 1st time and went to Artie's for dinner and got all caught up.  When we got back they took us up to the 37th floor and then the roof to check out the Manhattan sky line.
