We arrived in Ketchikan at 6:30 am. There was a steady drizzle falling from the sky but that did not deter us from having our fun. We had signed up for a Jeep & Canoe tour so we got on the bus and headed up into the mountains. We arrived and our group was split up. 12 of us climbed into a big canoe and paddled across the lake, in the rain, to a small shelter. We drank some hot chocolate and ate some excellent clam chowder. We went on a short nature walk and then paddled back. The picture of Sara below is from when we got back. After turning in our rain gear we all climbed in Jeeps. We got to drive the Jeeps up old lumber roads. I'm being generous and am calling them roads. There were 2 couples per Jeep. The husband from the other couple drove the first leg and then I drove the second. After the tour we returned to town and did some quick shopping and headed back to the ship. We sailed from the dock around 2:30 pm.
